Spotted on the Runway: Stirrups!!!

Just when I thought the current trends couldn’t possibly get any more 80s, D&G shows this for spring in Milan.
I’m okay with some of the Madonna-era goods coming back. Afterall, I wasn’t old enough to wear some of it then and now I can. But honestly people, some things are best left in the past. I wonder sometimes if designers are actually inspired to create these looks or if they just check their calenders, count twenty years back and start cutting sewing away.

Most likely they check their calendars. I mean, the updated look is pretty nice, but are we going to look back years from now and ask ourselves why did we do that twice? I dunno.
I dont particually like the Stirrups… but I do love the green cami!!!
I can’t even begin to tell how OVER stirrups I am. This is one trend that needs to stay in the 80s.
