Icon Spotting: Shingai Shoniwa of The Noisettes

I, being a sincere advocate of raw individiualism, am not usually one for idol worship. Every now and then though, a figure comes across my spectrum of awareness which causes complete awe in me. Such is the case with Zimbabwean-Brit Shingai Shoniwa, lead singer and bassist for punk-rock-blues band The Noisettes. Shingai impresses with kick ass vocals, dynamic lyrics and an incredible sense of style, to boot.
