Gwen Stefani is the Haute Version of her Old Self

After a highly successful solo stint, Gwen Stefani is back on stage with the band that made her famous – No Doubt. And although she seems to be trying to imitate her former punkish style, she’s just a bit to grim-free in her digs to really capture the former No Doubt in in all her sweaty glory (in fact, the above left pic is not the best example (she’d already started going glam then)). Check her out on stage recently in California. Is that Ann Demeulemeester she’s wearing??? At any rate, I love it! But I wonder what die-hard No Doubt fans think of the uber-polished incarnation of the band. Of course, many of them may have already been chased away by “Holla Back Girl.”
