The Screen Actors Guild, according to the organization’s Website, “exists to enhance actors’ working conditions, compensation and benefits and to be a powerful, unified voice on behalf of artists’ rights.” Hmmm… for your average Jane, it’s just another excuse for the overexposed and over paid stars to borrow some expensive clothes and jewelry and get their photos taken. Not that I’m mad: certainly the most interesting thing about Teri Hatcher is her infrequently fabulous wardrobe.

Evan Rachel Wood in Monique L’Huillier

Christina Applegate

Best Actress winner Kate Winslet in Narciso Rodriguez

And finally, although her dress didn’t photo well, Emily Blunt deserves some recognition for gaining some ounces since her role as an uptight fashionista in “The Devil Wears Prada.”

What a difference a sandwich makes.
