February has just begun and many of us are still packed away in our shearling and wool. Spring will be here before we know it, however, so now’s the time to be in the process of building your warm(er) weather wardrobe for 2011. One of the blossoming themes in fashion this year in the return of horizontal stripes and a day dresses are the perfect recipients for the casual-chic print.
