Thing is, it mostly just good advertisment for them. Red being a rare ipod color, people will scramble to buy – many of them without any real regard to the cause. Apple is only giving 10 bucks from each 200 dollar red ipod sold. not much really.

Live 8. What a load! the damned thing didn’t even raise funds for the cause – which was vague, but had something to do with Africa. “Awareness” was the said goal.
